Every design that includes embroidery will require a $10.00 digitization fee. This is a one-time and non-refundable fee for each individual graphic design, not to be mistaken with different products or placements.

Processing means we have successfully received your order and charged your payment method! The order is being prepared to ship and once it does, you will be automatically e-mailed a tracking number.
Most orders are processed in 3 working days, but orders may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Shipping can then take up to 9 business days.
For made-to-order items, please expect your order to ship 15 business days after your order is placed.
If an incorrect address was provided, your order could have had an attempted delivery and been returned to our distribution center. If this is the case, a Damascus representative will contact you as soon as it is received and processed.
During the checkout process be sure to specify your address, province and country. International shipping rates and time frames differ from those of domestic orders. Midnight Apparel Inc. is not responsible for any taxes or tariffs you may incur by ordering. Shipping and Handling costs ONLY cover our shipping and handling costs to send the item to you.

Yes, we issue tracking numbers for all domestic orders and international orders (once an international order leaves the USA, the tracking with only be updated upon delivery). To look up the status of your order and retrieve your tracking number, visit your account page. When every order leaves our shipping facility a tracking automatically gets sent to the e-mail associated with the account of purchase.
Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace you for your item. Check out our handy list below to determine if you are eligible for a replacement.
Returns can be because of but not limited to:
Faulty Product If the product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect. Placement Issue If a print is clearly crooked or off-center (>1"). Incorrect Image If we printed the wrong image. Wrong Item Sent If we send you the wrong garment, color or size.
Ordered Wrong Size wrong size was ordered and it did not fit to their satisfaction Artwork Issue Low quality print as a result of not following image requirements. (i.e. incorrect print size, resolution (DPI), color profile, or invisible pixels Incorrectly Provided Address If you made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment. Incorrect Image You selected the wrong image to be printed.
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
If you did not receive an email confirmation with an order #, your order did not process in our system. It is common for the charge to show up on your credit/debit card bill as a pending charge, but the tendered amount will automatically be refunded into your account (typical time for this is 1-3 business days, depending on your bank).
